Muslims
also
call the
Qur'an
the
"Final
Testament",
"The
Book",
"Book
of
God"
and
"The
Revelation."
6)
His
Ancestry:-
We
all know
that
Muhammad
's
parents
and
relatives
were all
Polytheists.
Muslims
Scholars
assert,
"Polytheism
is the
greatest
amongst
the
grave
sins,
for it
is great
and
solemn
offense,
followed
by
unlawful
murdering."
In
Sura
Women
4:52, it
is
recorded:
"God
forgives
not that
aught
should
be with
him
associated:
less
than
that He
forgives
to
whomsoever
He will
who
associates
with God
anything,
has
indeed
forged a
mighty
sin."
In verse
116 of
that
same
Chapter
we read,
"Who
so
associates
with God
anything,
has gone
astray
into far
error."
Abu
Dharr
wrote:
I
came
upon
Muhammad
while he
was
wearing
a white
robe and
asleep.
Then I
came
upon him
while he
was
awake
and he
said,
Any man
be he
even a
slave,
who
attests
that
there is
no God
but God,
on this
faith
will
enter
Paradise
after
death."
I asked,
even if
he
committed
adultery
or
larceny?
He
answered,
even if
he
committed
adultery
or
larceny.
Then I
repeated
"
even if
he
committed
adultery
or
larceny?
"
He
reiterated,
Even if
he
committed
adultery
or
larceny,
in spite
of
opinion
of Abu
Dharr"
(Albani;
Mishkat,
Tradition
26)
Muslims
Scholars
insist
that
polytheism
is one
of the
cardinal
sins
that the
Lord
will
never
forgive,
though
he may
pardon
every
thing
else.
Associating
other
gods
with the
God,
however
is the
greatest
iniquity,
and the
offender
deserves
the fire
of hell.
Muhammad
's
parents
were
polytheists,
and when
he asked
God to
pardon
them,
his
request
was
denied.
It is
recorded
in Sura
(REPENTANCE
9:114,115:
"it
is not
for the
prophet
and
believers
to ask
pardon
for the
idolaters,
even
though
they be
near
kinsmen,
after
that it
has
become
clear to
them
that
they
will be
the
inhabitants
of Hell.
Abraham
asked
for the
pardon
of his
father
expect
because
of
promise
he had
made to
him ;and
when it
become
clear to
him that
he was
an enemy
of God ,
he
declared
himself
quit
of him,
"
expositors
have
claimed
that
this
verse
was
revealed
about
Muhammad
's
parents
and
Uncle
,Abu
Talib
(Father
of Ali)
,because
the
prophet
wised to
ask God
to
forgive
them
after
their
death.
But God
forbade
him to
do so
(Suyuti?s
Asbab
al-
Nuzzul
of Sura
Repentance
9:114,115).
Muhammad
Intercession
for His
Mother
Abu
Huraira
and
Sarida
Said
"
when
Muhammad
came to
Mecca,
he went
to the
grave of
his
mother
.He
stood
there
until
the sun
Become
hot,
hoping
that he
would
received
permission
from the
God to
ask
forgiveness
for her
. Thus
the
Verse
revealed
"it
is not
for the
prophet
and the
believers
to ask
pardon
for the
idolaters,
even
though
they be
near
kinsmen"
On
the
authority
of
Sarida,
both al
Tabari
and Ibn
al 'Jawzi
record
that
Muhammad
passed
by the
grave of
his
mother,
performed
the
ablution,
prayer
two
prostration's
and then
wept .
The
people
cried
when
they saw
him
weeping.
When he
joined
them
they
asked,
"what
made you
weep?
.He
answered
" I
passed
by the
grave of
my
mother
and
prayed
two
prostration's.
Then I
asked
God to
permit
me to
pray for
her
forgiveness,
but I
was
forbidden
to do
this .
So I
wept.
Then
again I
prayed
two
prostration's
and
asked
God to
permit
me to
pray for
the
forgiveness
of my
mother,
but I
was
severely
reprimanded
and it
made me
weep.
Muhammad
then ask
for the
she
camel,
Then he
departed
, but
hardly
traveled
when the
animal
knelt
down
,owing
to the
heaviness
of
revelation
,and the
following
verse
descended
;
"it
is not
for the
prophet
and the
believers
to ask
for
pardon
for the
Idolaters
(Polytheists
) even
though
they be
near
kinsmen"
(Nisaburi?s
Asbab
al-Nuzul
of sura
Repentance
9:114,115)
Muhammad
Intercession
for his
Father
Qatada
reports
the
following
words of
Muhammad:
I will
ask
forgiveness
of my
father
as
Abraham
asked
forgiveness
fore his
father."
On
the
authority
of
Qatada,
al-
Tabari
said:
It
was
mentioned
to us
that
some of
the
companions
of
Muhammad
had said
."
O
prophet
of God,
some of
our
ancestors
were
good
neighbors,
good to
their
kindred
,released
the
captive
,and
paid
their
debts
.Should
we not
ask
forgiveness
for them
?
Muhammad
answered
"yes
by God
,I will
ask
forgiveness
for my
father
,as
Abraham
asked
for the
forgiveness
of his
father .
Thus the
verse
descended
"
It is
not for
the
Prophet
and
believers
to ask
pardon
for
idolaters
? "
God
found
and
excuse
for
Abraham
they
claimed
saying
"
And
Abraham
asked
forgiveness
for his
father
only
because
of
promise
he had
made to
him".
The
Quran
texts
and
authentic
tradition
Conclusively
claim
that the
parents
and
Uncle of
the
Muhammad
were
Polytheists,
and
according
to the
testimony
of
Muhammad,
the
place of
ever
polytheist
is hell.
When
Muhammad
attempted
t pray
for
their
forgiveness,
he was
stopped
from
doing so
and was
harshly
reprimanded
that he
wept.
However
the
request
of
Abraham
for the
forgiveness
of his
parents
was
presented
on the
basis of
a
promise
that God
had made
to him.
One
thing is
certain
beyond
any
doubt:
There is
no
intercession
after
death.
Every
person
will be
rewarded
according
to
deeds,
whether
good or
bad. The
place of
the
ungodly
will be
in hell,
and that
of the
believer
in
everlasting
paradise.
Muslims
Scholars
agree
that the
parents
of
Muhammad
are in
the
hell,
because
they
cannot
deny the
quranic
text
referring
of this
fact.
Those
who
deceived
imagine
it
likely
that God
will
raise
them up
after
death,
so that
they can
believe
in him,
and then
cause
them to
die
again.
This is
a mere
Superstition.
We would
ask how
the Lord
could
raise
them up
after He
reprimanded
Muhammad
and
forbade
him form
requesting
forgiveness
for his
parents?
Would
God
violate
His own
justice,
holiness
and
perfection,
permitting
Himself
to be
partial
and
deferential
to any
creature?
No God
forbid.
In
summary
the
Parents
of
Muhammad
are in
hell, on
the
Quranic
attestation.
Muhammad
's
Ancestors
were
Pagans.
Muhammad
embraced
the
religion
of his
nation
clan,
and
tribe.
He spent
forty
years in
paganism,
worshipping
AL-LAT,
Al-UZZA
and
MANAT.
Proof of
this is
found in
Sura
(THE
FORBIDDEN
93:8,9)
"Did
He not
find
thee
erring
and
guide
thee?
Did He
not find
thee
needy,
and
suffice
thee?"
These
Verses
suggest
that
Muhammad
had
embraced
the
faith of
his
people
and
clan. To
be
astray
from God
is great
sin, and
every
transgression
is
worthy
of hell.
The
Verdict
against
associating
others
with God
has been
mentioned
earlier.
We
will
quote
Muslim
Scholars
on the
above-mentioned
verse.
some of
them
have
indicated
that
Muhammad
was
embracing
the
faith of
his
people
,worshipping
AL- LAT
, and
AL-UZZA
as
clearly
expressed
in the
Quran
.But the
Zamakhshari
said to
them
"Who
said
that he
was
following
the
faith of
his
people
for
forty
years?
If by
that it
is meant
that he
was as
illiterate
as they
in
traditional
knowledge,
then
that is
true;
but if
it is
meant
that he
was
following
the
faith of
his
people
,then
God
forbid.
(Zamakhshari
Commentary
on Sura
the
Forenoon
93:8,9)
In
Jamal 'Jawami
(part
?2) many
sayings
are
quoted
concerning
Muhammad
's
religion
.For
instance,
Scholars
disagree
among
them
selves
as to
whether
Muhammad
was
entrusted
with a
law or
not,
prior to
his
Prophet
hood.
Some
deny
this
others
affirm
it.
Those
who
affirm
it
disagree
among
themselves
in
designating
that law
.It has
been
said
that
Muhammad
was
entrusted
with law
of Noah,
that is
he kept
the
faith of
Noah .It
is also
said
that he
followed
the
faith of
Abraham.
Others
have
said he
was
adhering
to the
faith of
Moses or
that of
Jesus ,
and so
forth
.However
these
men did
not need
to
resort
to this
ploy
,because
the
Quran
states
clearly
what he
kept
.even if
we agree
that
Muhammad
was
adhering
to the
faith of
one of
those
genuine
prophets
,it
should
have
then
been his
duty to
urge his
people
to
follow
his
example
,because
the
religion
of Moses
and
Jesus is
true and
perfect
.There
was no
need
to
establish
a new
way or
religion
such as
ISLAM .Baidawi
said :
"they
found
you
wandering
,away
from the
knowledge
of
Judgment
and laws
,so they
gave you
guidance
and
taught
you by
revelation
and
inspiration
and
insight
to make
your
judgment"
(Baidawi's
Commentary
on Sura
