CAN WE TRUST THE RUSSIANS?

We are living in the end times and we must look to what the Bible Scriptures say about Russia, Iran, Ethiopia, Libya & Turkey (Ezekiel 38 & 39)

WHAT A SAD & TRAGIC COMMENTARY ON WHAT IS 
ABOUT TO HAPPEN IN OUR WORLD

My guess is that Iraq will eventually be reduced in power after the United States and her allies are finished with her. Then undoubtedly, Iran will pick up the pieces and gobble up Iraq (and possibly Syria) and control all the oil flow in the Middle East!

GOD'S WORD STATES THAT RUSSIA WILL RISE UP AGAIN IN GREAT POWER AND LEAD THE MARCH AGAINST ISRAEL

Iran will then  be the dominant power in the area, with the USA and Israel giving in to their demands!  According to God's Word, Russia will rise in great power again and lead the march against Israel!

The prophet Ezekiel declared that Iran (Persia) together with Ethiopia, Libya & Turkey will march against Israel in the great battle of 'God and Magog'. (Ezekiel 38 & 39)

GOD WILL FIGHT FOR ISRAEL AND DEFEND HER

God will not allow Israel to be defeated, and God will defend Israel.  A great slaughter will unfortunately take place however, before God's chosen people, the nation of Israel, the Jews, come to their senses.  The nation of Israel will ultimately receive their long awaited Messiah Jesus Christ, when their Messiah, Jesus returns in the Second Coming in power and great glory at the end of the age!

Jesus Christ will then rule and reign for 1000 years of peace upon planet earth, as King of kings and Lord of lords.

U.S. President Jimmy Carter said, "The thing that disappointed me the most was that Leonid Brezhnev lied to me".  How naive can you get?

In 1992, Russian President Boris Yeltsin stated before the US Congress and the world: "We have lied to you for 70 years.  I promise you no more lies."

Boris Yeltsin with all his weaknesses (booze, etc) was probably the most honest leader Russia has had.  And it is difficult to know what President Putin will do now, given the arrogance of NATO and the European Union and his expertise in information gathering!

That Russia is out for vindication, revenge & respect is no secret!  When you consider that Russia is now viewed as 'not much better' than a Third World Country - with a vast deteriorating and dangerous stock-pile of nuclear weapons - which constantly has to resort to bailouts and handouts from the West, just to keep afloat, then we begin to understand that country!

A MOTHER BEAR BEREFT OF HER CUBS
 IS VERY DANGEROUS

Russia is like a mother bear bereft of his cubs.  Russia, having lost control of most of the former Soviet Union's Republics and having trouble holding on to the ones she still has (e.g. Chechnya), is hurting badly!

Now with Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia soon to enter the NATO Pact, the Russians are feeling frustrated, angry, humiliated and increasingly isolated!

NATO'S BOMBING OF YUGOSLAVIA WAS THE 
BOOST RUSSIA NEEDED

A terrific anger boiled over in Russia, Ukraine, Belerus and even Greece during NATO's horrific out-of-control bombing and missile attacks on an independent sovereign nation in Europe - who had been our ALLY during two world wars - while Albania & Croatia joined in with the Nazis!

The arrogance of NATO terribly upset China and other nations as well.  And the lies that were told by President Clinton & NATO spokesmen justifying the war, together with outrageous lies about the damage inflicted upon the Serbian Military Machine, ARE NOW BEING EXPOSED!

NATO's constant ferocious bombardment of Yugoslavia, destroying power grids, oil depots, water facilities, automobile factories, bridges, buses, trains, schools, prisons, hospitals and even cemeteries made the Russian’s blood boil.

During the height of the inhumane campaign and after NATO murdered in cold blood - premeditated murder - nearly 20 civilians at the television station, 68,000 young Russians who had been evading conscription into the army, joined up to fight NATO!

I think that great anti-Communist Aleksander Solzhenitsyn said it best? “I don’t see any difference in the behaviour of NATO and of Hitler. NATO wants to erect its own order in the world and it needs Yugoslavia simply as an example: We’ll punish Yugoslavia and the whole rest of the world will tremble."

President Clinton told the truth for once when he elaborated: “If we’re going to have a strong economic relationship that includes our ability to sell around the world, Europe has got to be the key; That’s what this Kosovo thing is all about…it’s globalism versus tribalism".

The war had nothing to do with refugees. As a matter of fact, it was NATO who created most of the refugees - It had to do with the economy and the New World Order!

The Russians were outraged. The speaker of the Russian Duma stated: “Yugoslavia annoys NATO because it conducts an independent policy, does not want to join NATO and has an attractive geographic position".

Freda Lindsay writes: “In Desert Storm, the US went to war with Iraq to protect the Saudis; our soldiers are still there! Why does the US continue to support countries that are antagonistic toward Christians? America’s Future?"

"In a National Post, June 23, 1999 article titled, ‘Globalism’s First Victim’, author David Orchard writes: The idea that NATO attacked Yugoslavia to solve a humanitarian crisis is about as credible as Germany’s claim in 1939 that it was invading Poland to prevent “Polish atrocities”. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) reported the first registered refugees out of Kosovo on March 27 - three days after the bombing began. Civilian casualties after 21 days of bombing exceeded all casualties on both sides in Kosovo in the three months before the war."

"In an all out effort to convince public opinion that Yugoslavia deserved the onslaught, Western politicians and media are churning out endless accusations of Serb atrocities, while the proven and infinitely greater atrocities of NATO - launching an aggressive war, using internationally outlawed cluster bombs and firing depleted uranium ammunition into Yugoslavia - are buried."

"Why did NATO attack Yugoslavia and why are Serbs - Canada’s staunch allies in both world wars, with 1.5 million dead resisting Hitler’s Nazis and Italian fascism - being demonized?"

"Most 19th-century wars were over trade. When the United States invaded Canada in 1812, Andrew Jackson declared, ‘We are going to…vindicate our right to a free trade, and open markets…and to carry the Republican standard to the Heights of Abraham.’ In 1839, Britain demanded China accept its opium and attacked when China said no. When Thailand refused British trading demands in 1849, Britain ‘found its presumption unbounded’ and decided ‘a better-disposed King be placed on the throne…and through him, we might, beyond doubt, gain all we desire".

"In 1999, NATO said it was attacking Yugoslavia to force it to sign the Rambouillet ‘peace agreement’ (even though the Vienna Convention states that any treaty obtained by force or the threat of force is void).

"Significantly, Rambouillet stipulated: ‘The economy of Kosovo shall function in accordance with free-market principles’, and ‘There shall be no impediments to the free movement of persons, goods, services and capital to and from Kosovo".

CAN THE RUSSIANS TRUST US?

Can we trust the Russians? I don’t think so! The Word of God tells us that one day Russia will join with Germany, Turkey, Ethiopia, Libya & Iran and they will march against Israel. (Ezekiel 38 & 39)

Almighty God will then fight for her people as He did in the Yom Kippur War (1973) when Arab commanders left their tanks fully operational with motors running: as they fled in fear. When they were interrogated, the Arab prisoners related how they had seen men dressed in white flowing garments with flaming swords - no doubt angels of God - so they fled for their lives!

CAN THE RUSSIANS TRUST US? Definitely not! NATO and the European Union have one goal and that is to set up the New World Order and inadvertently have made everything ready for the Antichrist when he arrives on the scene!

One thing is certain: President Clinton and NATO have put into place the Armed Force that the European Union needed and couldn’t organize until the Yugoslavia War. It will eventually become the Anti-Christ’s ‘Armed Forces’. That is how close we are to the Coming of Jesus!

JUDGMENT IS COMING TO THIS WICKED WORLD

Recent reports confirm that Russian generals were involved in Ethiopia's victory over Eritrea. And Russia is helping Iran to build a nuclear reactor!

German companies have been deeply involved for the past decade or so supplying Saddam Hussein of Iraq with materials and technology in his building of facilities that produce poisonous gas and bacterial agents for germ warfare, with their government looking the other way!

Japan is heavily into re-arming due to fear of North Korea, China has stolen all USA’s vital nuclear secrets - atomic, neutron & hydrogen bombs - and recently two laptop computers, with the CODE WORD for their atomic secrets, spy networks and the ‘Mother Lode’ of the world’s most advanced technology - have been stolen from their top security labs!

And the European Union (EU) has made it known that they do not need the USA or NATO any longer. They now have their own ‘Armed Forces’ capable of settling all conflicts in Europe - even in Ukraine - as well as North Korea, if necessary!

Some historians believe that the Clinton Whitehouse will go down in history as the most corrupt of any in the USA.

It's ironic when you consider the mindset of Americans: “After his impeachment by the US Congress, President Bill Clinton was voted the most admired man in that country; even though only one out of every ten surveyed said they believed he was trustworthy & honest"!

The JUDGMENT OF GOD is about to fall upon this wicked world and the USA with their greed, corruption & perversion are going to be in the forefront of the judgment because of their sin.

And here in Canada, we are not far behind.  O' God help us is my prayer. Amen.

IRAN TEST FIRES A SHORT RANGE MISSILE 
SUNDAY, AUGUST 20, 2006

Iran on Sunday, Aug 20, 2006, test fired a surface-to-surface short range missile a day after its army launched scale military exercises throughout the country, state-run television reported.

"Saegheh, the missile, has a range of between 80 to 250 kilometers (50 to 150 miles)," the report said.  It said the missile was tested in Kashan desert, about 150 miles southeast of Tehran, the capital.

Saegheh means lightning in Farsi.

Iran has routinely held war games over the past two decades to improve its combat readiness and to test equipment such as missiles, tanks and armored personnel carriers.  But the new tests, in the wake of the Lebanon-Hezbollah fighting, seemed certain to create new tensions with the West.

State-run television said the missile was built based on domestic know-how, although outside experts say much of the country's missile technology originated from other countries.

State run TV showed video showing 10 missiles being launched from mobile launching pads.

Iran said it launched the new military exercises Saturday to introduce a new defensive doctrine. They are being held in 14 of the country's 30 provinces and could last five weeks, the government has said.

The Islamic Republic, which views the United States as a foe, is concerned about the U.S. military presence in neighboring Iraq and Afghanistan.

It also has expressed worry about Israeli threats to destroy its nuclear facilities, which the West contends could be used to make a bomb but which Iran insists are for civilian uses only.

Iran is already equipped with the Shahab-3 missile, which means "shooting star" in Farsi, and is capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. An upgraded version of the ballistic missile has a range of more than 1,200 miles and can reach Israel and U.S. forces in the Middle East..

Last year former Defense Minister Ali Shamkhani said Tehran had successfully tested a solid fuel motor for the Shahab-3, a technological breakthrough for the country's military.

Iran's military test-fired a series of missiles during large-scale war games in the Persian Gulf in March and April, including a missile it claimed was not detectable by radar that can use multiple warheads to hit several targets simultaneously.

After decades of relying on foreign weapons purchases, Iran's military has been working to boost its domestic production of armaments.

Since 1992, Iran has produced its own tanks, armored personnel carriers, missiles and a fighter plane, the government has said. It announced in early 2005 that it had begun production of torpedoes.

IRAN HINTS AT AUGUST 22 DOOMSDAY FOR ISRAEL

Noted Middle Eastern scholar Bernard Lewis warns that Iran is preparing for an apocalyptic "end of time” – and that it could come as soon as August 22.

The July 28 edition of NewsMax’s Insider Report pointed to the connection between that date, when Iran leader Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said his country would respond to Western demands regarding Iran ’s nuclear program, and a possible attack on Israel.

Now Lewis, professor emeritus of Near Eastern Studies at Princeton , writes about that scenario. He notes in the Wall Street Journal that this year, August 22 corresponds, in the Islamic calendar, to the night when Muhammad flew first to "the farthest mosque” – usually identified with Jerusalem – and then to heaven and back.

"This might well be deemed an appropriate date for the apocalyptic ending of Israel and if necessary the world,” writes Lewis, whose most recent book is "From Babel to Dragomans: Interpreting the Middle East."

He also points to an intriguing reason why the Iranians might not fret at all about an Israeli counterstrike – even with nuclear weapons.

What deterred both sides from using nuclear weapons during the Cold War was the concept of MAD, mutual assured destruction. But the "apocalyptic worldview” of Iran ’s current leaders works against that concept, according to Lewis.

Ahmadinejad is a strong believer in the Shiite tradition of a 12th imam, the so-called "hidden” Imam Mahdi who Allah has miraculously kept alive since his disappearance in 874 A.D.

Shites believe Imam Mahdi will return at a time of great global chaos – and the Web site Zionist.com states: "Ahmadinejad sees himself as Allah's instrument to pave the way for Imam Mahdi."

According to Lewis, Ahmadinejad and his followers "clearly believe that this time is now."
